Updating Contact Details

Contact information tends to live on a specific team member, or in the footer rather than a Post, since it’s a static piece of content rather than a dated update.

Finding the right team member

Go to Team, and search or browse for the relevant contact.

Making the change

1. Click to edit the page.
2. Locate the specific block containing the details (often a paragraph or a dedicated “team details” block if your theme has one).
3. Update the text directly.
4. Preview to check formatting, then Update/Publish.

Updating the address and contact details in the footer will require an administrator.

Careful: If the same contact details appear in more than one place (footer, contact page, a widget), check whether they’re linked to a single shared source or need updating separately in each location.
